He and his team went above and beyond to work with us by sending photos at various price points from the big box stores for tub / shower enclosure, luxury vinyl flooring and trim options. Tyler and the Loyalty Team really came through while being out of state. We needed to have a list of items that needed to be addressed prior to selling our home. Tyler was able to re-arrange his team’s schedule and move us up. We trusted Tyler and his team to assess and compete this work while not being onsite. So grateful for this company. We had contacted them back in September after the big storms in August that flooded our basement. The quote was high for us at the time but wish we would have gone for them in the beginning. We hired a contractor from Facebook instead. Long story short they did a shotty job and left us high and dry. So we contacted Loyal Construction. I am so glad we did. They were very prompt and have gone above and beyond for us. It’s one thing to tell someone you’ll work with them, it’s another to actually show it. Tyler is always available via text or phone call. He is fair and does his due diligence.
